C型超高压超大间隙密封元件
Type C of large gap ultrahigh-pressure sealing components
Performance and Purpose:
It is made up of sealing ring、fan-shaped supporting blocks and fan-shaped angles. It is mainly used in the pressure test of steel pipe by hydro-static testing machine. Type C has more seal gap than Type D (refer to company’s former catalogue), the sealing components with same dimensions are applicable to a wider range of steel pipe range. It is applicable to the pressure testing of casing, tubing, natural gas pipe and other steel pipe. It has also been used in leak test of the steel pipe，welded joints and sealing for the ultrahigh pressure valve.
C型超高压超大间隙密封元件是由密封圈、扇形支撑块和支撑角组成的密封元件。主要用于水压试验机对钢管的耐压试验。C型密封元件具有比D型（详见本公司前期样本）更大的密封间隙，同种规格的密封圈可适用的钢管规格范围更广泛。本产品适用于水压试验机对套管、油管、天然气输送等钢管进行水压试验，也可用于钢管、管接头、焊口检漏及超高压阀门密封等。
Advantage :
- Lip Optimization: under peripheral pressure, the lip and groove surface fit more closely, and the higher the pressure, the better the lip sealing.
唇边优化，在外周受压下，是唇边与沟槽面贴合更紧密，压力越大唇边密封越好
- The fan-shaped supporters , in the premise of increasing the strength of the sealing ring, can shrink and expand in radial direction with the sealing ring.
专业设计扇形支撑块，在增加密封圈强度的前提下，能随密封圈在径向方向收缩、胀大
Working conditions:
According with several standards about hydraulic testing requirements：such as API 5CT/ISO11960:2011, GB/T9711.1-2011, GB/T9711.2-2011，etc. for Petroleum and natural gas industries—Steel pipes for casing or tubing; GB8163 - 2008 for seamless steel tubes; GB/T3092-2008 for welded steel pipes.
符合API 5CT/ISO11960:2011、GB/T9711.1-2011、GB/T9711.2-2011等石油天然气工业——油气井套管或油管用钢管；GB8163-2008无缝钢管；GB/T3092-2008焊接钢管等标准水压试验条件。

Working temperature: -20℃～+80℃
Working medium: water, emulsion, hydraulic oil
